英语水平不好的人，eg收不到pin的解决方法：

首先，你的eg中的信息必须填写正确，尤其是你的地址，

然后向service@e-gold.com写一封信，内容如下：

hello,

my english spoken is poor,i can't speak english well,so i can't phone you,

could you send a letter to me,

the address is in my egold account info.

thanks.

这是告诉他们你的英语水平不好，你没法打电话和他们交谈，请他们给你寄国际邮件到你家

10天之内，你会收到这样的一封信：

Dear XXXXXXXX

New security procedures (AccSent) have been implemented for accessing e-gold

account(s).Accounts being accessed for the first time will be emailed a one-time pin to

the enail address on record.

if you have an invalid email address on your account you will not receive this pin.

Therefore,we have to verify you are the legitimate account holder before temporarily

deactivating your security settings. Deactivating the account security will allow you to

access the account without receiving the one-time pin.

In order for us to change the security setting on your account,please email the validation

code below to service@e-gold.com. After we receive the validation code we will

temporarily remove your security settings. After you regain access you will need to

update your account with a valid email address and reset your account security level.

You should make the needed changes to your point of contact information before making

changes to your security settings. Please reference your account number in your email.

Validation Code:xxxxxxxxx中的xxxxxxxxxx就是你的验证码

然后向service@e-gold.com写信，内容如下：

hello!

my Validation Code:xxxxxxxxx

please change the security setting on my account,then,i will update my your account with a valid email address and reset your account security level.thanks

注意把xxxxxxxxxx换成他给你的验证码，然后过一段时间，你就可以不用pin进入eg，然后立刻填写正确的信息,再把pin验证改回来，就可以了。
